Online check in was not working.\r\nThere was an aircraft change and seat change to what had been booked and no one advised us on check-in. |

No AC- The air con was not working in the lounge.\r\nFood was excellent but there was over-crowding and wait for shower or day-room was hours, so only usable if you had a delay. |

Shocking seat. Booked what was advertised as \'guaranteed flat-bed\' and received a \'regional\' flight seat. No flat bed/ no bed at all - The headrest os fixed and pushed your head forward so you cant even stretch and relax????\r\nI was so disappointed and feel cheated about the seat- I pain a lot of money for a special occasion for a bed and did not get it. No apology/ no refund/ no compensation- disgusting treatment and feel like I was defrauded into paying for something I did not get.\r\nMany others were offered free upgrades from economy. |

SHOCKING! No on demand TV. ONly 10 channels and if you miss the start of a movie, well that is it. \r\nNo interactive entertainment that was promised and advertised. Emirates do the same route and I wish I had gone economy with them as that would have been better! |

POOR- really old and dusty. Creeking seats that made noise everytime you moved. One toilet in use and poor again. Blankets looked like they were 10 years old. |

Small, not clean, no branded toiletries, just old soap, that I almost refused to use. Only 1 toilet in use??\r\nNot good enough. |

No pajamas, no duvet as promised- instead a very old and grey blanket that was not fresh. The pillow was shockingly poor- I have had them in economy but its more a cusion than a pillow. Meant to have a pillow on long haul flatbed????\r\nAmenity kit is really good with shoe horn and toothpaste- larger size and hot towels were good. |

Paid a lot of money. no miles or upgrades but paid for business class to get a flat bed- and CX never delivered.\r\nBooked online and their online banners still promote \'flatbed\' on every service from Dubai and the UAE.\r\nPaid AED 5500 - approx GBP1,000 - double the economy price but I wish I had just booked economy. |
