The seats were not too bad. They recline and being over 6 feet tall, I had adequate leg room in economy. |

Flying on an airline the size of SAS in the year 2013, I would have expected better entertainment. The screens in economy are small and movies are continually looping, no start/stop option. If you fail to catch a movie when it starts, you will need to wait till it\'s over to watch from the beginning. Movie selection was forgetable. |

Service was good. The only complaint is that in economy, outside of meal service, you will have to pay for drinks. I had to pay $1 USD for an orange juice after meal service. |

The plane from SFO to CPH direct is an older A340 with some creaks and squeaks. I felt perfectly safe but those not used to flying my find some of the noises worrisome. |
