The checking was very smooth and extremely friendly staff.

The lounge was a relaxed environment with cooldrinks as well as alcohol. We arrive there at 2 am and there was almost nothing to eat. A few sandwiches that were dying and they did only rink new once when the last 3 were eaten .

The flight had a delay of an hours due to a fuel refill proble. We were very well informed on the incident and on the procedure for boarding in sequence.

We had an hours delay but this was not a problem for the arrival time. During the flight the delay was solved.

Lufthansa\r\nBusiness seating on this flight from Atlanta to Frankfurt was very poor. The seats, covers and surroundings were dirty. One of the passengers complained to the crew and the head purser told him " that he had no time for this". Surely it is not the fault of the cabin crew that the\r\ncleaning team did not their job however it is the crews job to do a quality check. The in flight entertainment offered a limited choice with a lot of old nmovies. Food, amenities and service were poor if you compare it to other\r\nbusiness classes on other airlines. By moments it looked on economy only the leg space seemed to be the difference. I have never seen salt and pepper in a paper bag and dirty cutlery in business.would not recommend to fly Lufthansa on business class for the flights to the US

\r\nFood, amenities and service were poor if you compare it to other airlines. \r\nThe choice was poor and served on a trolley. Feta cheese as a starter and beef as a main for dessert one small piece of melon and 4 rasperies.I have never seen salt and pepper in a paper bag and dirty cutlery in business.

Always difficult to keep flight toilets clean but they were clean after the night flight.

Business seating on this flight from Atlanta to Frankfurt was very poor. none of our blankets was dirty and the amenity kits contains very little ( toothprush, socks, eyecover)

We booked the flight directly on the lufthansa site. We payed 3 times the economy rate for this flight. For this flight it was too much money seeing the state of the cabin.
