	Note
Check-In	1	Was met at the start of the (empty) line by a rather snotty man who directed us to the automated check in machines (this was a code share with United, so online check-in wasn\'t possible). Apparently the policy is to only offer \'check in assistance\' only (they\'re obviously trying to save on wages). It seemed a little pointless, as we\'d have had to queued up in the line anyway to drop our bags). Have no problem with this system when flying EasyJet, but frankly I expect more from a Flag Carrier.\r\n\r\nSuffice to say, the machine was thoroughly useless (it wouldn\'t scan either of our passports, and insisted on making us enter our life stories via a horrible touch screen keyboard), and we gave up. Thankfully the afforementioned man guarding the line didn\'t put up much of a fight.\r\n\r\nOnce we got to the front, the counter assistant was friendly enough, though it took her a while to get us sorted (she voiced her fustration at the IT system too!). They only had one desk for checking in a entire 767 - was glad we arrived in plenty of time!

Sitzkomfort	8	Pretty standard economy seat, no specific issues but nothing to write home about.

Unterhaltung	8	In seat system with decent selection of recent and not so recent films. This is probably nit-picking, but more TV would have been nice.

Sauberkeit	5	Cabin seemed fine cleanliness wise. My friend was given a mini-lecture about broken glass and unsanitry conditions in the toilet when visiting barefoot, which seemed a bit health-and-safety gone mad. If the crew thought there was an issue, why not do something about it rather than talking down to custoemrs?

Service	4	Left a distinctly average impression.

Speisen	7	The in-flight literature implied we\'d have to pay for food (on a trans-atlantic flight!), which thankfully wasn\'t accurate. \r\n\r\nBy the time they arrived at the back of the plane, the fish dish was gone leaving us with some rather bland pasta. There was plenty of other food with the meal though, plus pre and post meal snacks so quantity wise there was more than enough to go round. Quality was fine for economy though, if not up to the standard of the Asian airlines.

Getränke	8	Several rounds of drink service, and they weren\'t stingy with the alcohol, which was nice. Two rounds of tea/coffee service too.

Extras	5	Blanket and cushions provided.
