The seat comfort was average. Despite their website proclaiming their full flat seats in business this plane has not been so outfitted yet. The seats were tight, the remote that reclined did not work well, and there were a few positions to select from. The massage function didn\\\'t work. There was adequate room for storage, but didn\\\'t like the three across center section. I was with my friend on one side and a stranger on the other. Luckily he was nice. The 165 degree sleeping angle was fine, but the seams were bumpy and uncomfortable. Also if anyone large tried to fit they\\\'d find it impossible. The width is minimal and sleeping was tough. |

The system was down for the entire flight, as was the inflight internet promised. The flight attendant said it happened all the time and she was tired of apologizing. |

Really bad coach level dinner and breakfast. Some stuff was simply inedible. Dessert was a pint of ice cream. Service was good. Lots of refreshing water and drinks. Very quick removal. |
